The clean fan design allows all intake air (clean air) in from the direction the tractor and sprayer are moving, therefore not drawing in the atomized chemically treated air which builds up on the rear fan rotor's and causes them to come out of balance and condones premature bearing failure. This design can be used on new or existing sprayers. The combined twin fan housing will allow for a "green" more fuel efficient sprayer. This configuration allows for improved efficiency because of: • A single drive point • The option to turn upper fans off when in small planting reducing hp and saving equipment wear • The longer fan permits ½ the number of blank spots (due to single and not multiple drive motors) increasing spray coverage of the tree. • Allows for a more compact sprayer increasing maneuverability • The spray controller accurately calculates the gallon per acre rate based on the mph, number of atomizers on and tree row volume. This has come to prove a large percentage of money saved in reduced chemicals. • Different size fans are offered based on the growers need.
